The beginning of the way ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ

The story of how I got rid of back pain and loved yoga.

I would like to share my story about pain, disappointment and salvation, no matter how pathetic it may sound...

As a child, I had a spinal injury. No measures were taken to prevent the consequences. Many years passed, and when I was at university, my back started hurting. I decided to take a picture of the spine and go to the manualist. At the reception, I learned that the vertebrae in the thoracic section were not formed correctly. The muscles in the area of โ€‹โ€‹the injury were clamped. After a session of bone-healing and acupuncture it became easier, but the manualist said that there was nothing to be done, it would be necessary to live like this. Well, I lived like that. Until at some point, I did not feel that everything was getting worse. The patient's back was very spoiled, the whole body was suffering.

I started going to the doctors. Doctors put me a lot of diagnoses (scoliosis, osteochondrosis, torsion, etc., etc.) and began to treat. I did not see the results. Problems only worsened. After a while, I realized that in my case they are powerless. There was nothing to do but try to solve the problem on your own.

Began to look for a way. I did not deduct anything good, basically everyone wrote that this is a very complicated process and I need a quality specialist. In the specialists at that time, I was, to put it mildly, disappointed. Finally I decided that I should at least start something for the back and, in search of exercises, accidentally got on video, in the title of which it was said: "thoracic department", "treatment", "osteochondrosis" and all that.

The very video that inspired me to do yoga.

This video was about an hour long. In it, a man on the beach practiced yoga. Voice-over voice calmly commented on what was happening, and the background was pleasant music. I decided to try it and started to study every morning.

It was very hard. Everything was pulling me, it hurt and ached. It was difficult to repeat, sometimes unbearable. I could not do even half what was required. But I was patient. Literally on the third day, I felt relieved. Various constrictions, pain and anxiety began to go away. The discomfort in his back was getting smaller. Every time, finishing the exercises, I felt that I was getting better. And after a couple of months I felt myself again a healthy person. For me it was a turning point in my life.

Since then, I began to practice yoga every day and advise everyone on it. The man in the video was Vyacheslav Orlov. I do not know him personally, but he helped me a lot.
